What you will do

• Collaborate with the team to conceptualise campaigns and roll out design and adaptation to the client’s brief.
• Positively influence clients with creative input and pitch new creative concepts.
• Ensure consistency and quality across all design deliverables while adhering to brand guidelines and project specifications.
• Work with in house automation tools to set up large volume campaigns for production.
• Communicate and present projects & campaigns effectively to internal stakeholders and clients.
• Evaluate and monitor industry trends and brands, AI, research industry developments in branding, automation and marketing.

Requirements

• Equivalent of a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
• 8+ years of professional experience in design, artwork and production.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work across various platforms and mediums.
• Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, basic Figma and an understanding of future-facing platforms.
• Strong design skills and comprehensive understanding of Adobe After Effects and Premier Pro and rendering/output settings.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with multiple delivery needs.
