What you will do
- Oversee performance across multiple insurance follow-up teams and client accounts.
- Define and track critical KPIs including A/R aging, denial overturn rates, and net collection rates.
- Develop and implement payer strategies to reduce preventable denials related to eligibility, authorization, and coding.
- Design scalable training programs, SOPs, and quality assurance frameworks to drive team productivity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders in coding, payment posting, and eligibility to resolve systemic A/R issues.
- Lead performance reporting and corrective action plans for executive stakeholders and clients.
Requirements
- 3-5+ years of RCM experience with specialized expertise in insurance follow-up and denials management.
- 2β4+ years of leadership experience in a supervisor or team lead capacity.
- Proven track record of improving A/R aging reduction and increasing collection performance.
- Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and reporting tools.
- Deep understanding of payer behavior, escalation pathways, and medical necessity appeals.
- Ability to travel to client sites as required.
