What you will do

  • Lead and nurture a high-performing product engineering team focused on customer-facing analytics.
  • Foster an AI-first engineering culture by integrating AI tools into exploration, prototyping, and delivery workflows.
  • Manage team delivery, identify bottlenecks, and drive continuous improvement in engineering practices.
  • Collaborate with product, design, and data stakeholders to align technical strategy with business objectives.
  • Support career development, performance management, and team growth through coaching and mentorship.
  • Ensure the operational health, reliability, and quality of the product area.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in an engineering leadership role such as Engineering Manager or Team Lead.
  • Practical experience with AI tools and willingness to embed AI workflows in engineering.
  • Strong product mindset and ability to align engineering work with customer and business needs.
  • Proven ability to drive delivery and manage roadmaps effectively.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Must be based in Tallinn or able to commute to the office.
