An international and fast-growing iGaming company is looking for an experienced 𝐁𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐎𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐫 to lead gaming operations with a strong focus on CRM, Customer Support, and VIP management.
This is an 𝐨𝐧-𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐞 𝐫𝐨𝐥𝐞 𝐢𝐧 𝐒𝐞𝐫𝐛𝐢𝐚 (relocation provided).
𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
• Oversee daily gaming operations and ensure high customer satisfaction
• Develop and implement CRM strategies to drive engagement and retention
• Manage and optimize customer support processes
• Lead VIP client management and enhance high-value player experience
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and tech teams
• Analyze player behavior and optimize performance based on data
• Monitor KPIs and improve operational efficiency
• Lead and mentor customer support & VIP teams
𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
• Must have experience in the iGaming industry
• Proven background in operations / CRM / customer support / VIP management
• Strong understanding of player lifecycle and engagement strategies
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical abilities
