What you will do

• Model and texture high-quality low-poly assets for mobile games.
• Manage the art team, assign tasks, and assess progress.
• Ensure stylistic consistency across environments, characters, and UI.
• Optimize 3D assets for performance and quality within the Unity engine.
• Identify and resolve technical bottlenecks in the 3D production pipeline.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate visual assets seamlessly.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in a senior or lead 3D role.
• Strong proficiency in Blender for modeling and texturing.
• Solid experience with the Unity game engine.
• Understanding of game production workflows, composition, and lighting.
• Excellent eye for aesthetics and attention to detail.
• Ability to perform basic rigging and asset preparation for animation.

Nice to have

• Experience with UI implementation and design.
• Proficiency in 2D graphic tools (Adobe Suite).
• Experience in 2D animation, specifically using Spine.
