Location: Must be based in the UAE or willing to relocate. This is a hybrid role.

What you will do

• Own the hirify.global Shop business unit end-to-end, including strategy, P&L, product delivery, and operations.
• Lead, coach, and scale a high-performing team of Senior Product Managers and operational staff.
• Drive an experimentation-heavy culture utilizing A/B testing and causal methods to inform decision-making.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, data, and legal to deliver scalable digital experiences.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to maintain a strategic advantage.
• Establish KPIs to measure progress and ensure successful execution of product roadmaps.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in the UAE or willing to relocate.
• Language: Fluency in English required.
• 5+ years of experience in product management, including 2+ years leading other PMs in a Head of Product or similar capacity.
• Strong background in e-commerce with experience managing buyer/seller sides of large-scale platforms (millions MAU).
• Hands-on experience with ad-based business models and growth optimization.
• Deep understanding of product lifecycles and cross-functional leadership.

• Previous experience in fintech, specifically within payments or credit products.
