Social Media Intern

Yes, we’re talking to you — the one who knows what’s trending on TikTok before TikTok does.
Lola&Lykke is looking for a content-obsessed, creative intern to help us take over Pinterest boards, TikTok feeds, and Insta grids — one reel at a time.
🧑WHAT´S THE ROLE?
Type: Full-time, 6-12 month fixed term contract, moderate compensation paid depending on experience.
Location: Remotely / at Wonderland Work Vallila, Helsinki.
Starting date:June 2025 (depending on candidate´s availability)

OUR TEAM
Lola&Lykke is a team of seven incredible women on a joint mission of making parenting easier and happier. We operate internationally, focusing on the UK and the Nordics in addition to our home market Finland. We are now looking for a Social Media Intern to join us for the next 6-12 months to help us build a movement — one real, raw, supportive moment at a time.
Working in a fast-paced environment provides you great opportunities to take responsibility and grow your expertise in a variety of different tasks, but it also demands a driven, proactive working style and great problem-solving skills. The Lola&Lykke team relies on perseverance, humour, and never-ending flexibility to keep them going through the toughest times. Things don't always go as planned but the team will always look for new innovative ways forward to succeed.
💡 WHO ARE YOU?
Someone who:
* Lives and breathes social media
* Has a thing for parental wellness, design, or feminism (or all three)
* Gets a thrill when the algorithm shifts and spots trends before they become trends
* Has ideas for days and loves turning them into scroll-stopping content
* Lives somewhere between TikTok, Pinterest, and Canva
* Understands social shopping trends
* Possesses a bold, creative eye
* Is endlessly curious, ideas-first, and ready to bring fresh energy to a brand that’s flipping the script on motherhood
* Is hungry to learn, not afraid to experiment, and gets what it means to build a brand that’s more than a product — it’s a vibe, a movement, a community
* Speaks English fluently, Finnish is an added bonus
🎥 WHAT YOU’LL DO:
* Build and grow our Pinterest channel with fresh, search-friendly content
* Create TikTok videos that are witty, warm, and wildly watchable
* Bring life and voice to our TikTok comments — it’s a convo, not a monologue
* Assist with Instagram content and community activation
* Help brainstorm campaigns, spot trends, and support with content
