What you will do

• Process and validate customer orders while ensuring accurate documentation and contract compliance.
• Input order, routing, and financial data into ERP systems to facilitate shipping.
• Coordinate with logistics providers and internal teams to manage order picking, packing, and shipment tracking.
• Resolve invoicing and order processing issues in a timely manner.
• Support global inventory forecasting and purchasing activities.
• Collaborate with international suppliers and distribution centers to maintain hardware availability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in order management, logistics, or ERP-driven operations.
• Proficiency in English equivalent to a TOEIC score of 850 or higher.
• Professional-level Chinese language skills (reading, writing, listening, and speaking).
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage high-volume workloads independently.
• Flexibility to work outside standard hours to align with global time zones.
