What you will do

• Develop and maintain full-stack software across server-side services, web interfaces, and databases.
• Manage the entire project life cycle from requirements analysis to final deployment.
• Integrate diverse IoT devices and third-party platforms into the existing security ecosystem.
• Collaborate closely with device engineers, business partners, and other technical teams to deliver features.
• Research and evaluate new technologies to improve system performance and reliability.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong object-oriented programming skills.
• Proficiency in database design and development.
• Experience leading and mentoring other engineers.
• Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with firmware and electrical engineering concepts.
• Experience with high-availability, high-throughput service architecture.
• Knowledge of distributed event streaming platforms like Kafka.
• Experience with JavaScript frameworks such as Ember.
