What you will do

• Lead the technical strategy and architecture for React Native applications.
• Build and maintain bridges between React Native and native Android layers.
• Mentor engineers in the Krakow office and foster a culture of technical excellence.
• Partner with product and engineering teams in the US to refine requirements.
• Champion automated testing, CI/CD, and performance optimization.
• Ensure seamless integration between mobile apps and micro-services backend.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 8+ years of professional software development experience.
• 4+ years of production experience with React Native.
• Strong background in native Android development (Java/Kotlin).
• English proficiency at C1 level.
• Availability for synchronous collaboration with US EST/MST time zones.

Nice to have

• Experience with IoT or hardware integrations (Bluetooth LE).
• Knowledge of micro-services and RESTful APIs.
• Experience working in distributed teams with US stakeholders.
