What you will do

• Act as the primary point of contact for physicians, clinics, and patients regarding test status, billing, and technical inquiries.
• Maintain precise documentation in CRM and LIMS systems to ensure high-quality service data.
• Collaborate with laboratory teams to resolve order discrepancies and ensure timely delivery of results.
• Provide professional, empathetic, and effective communication via phone, email, and web.
• Identify recurring customer issues and contribute to developing internal and external process improvements.
• Participate in cross-functional projects to support the growth and efficiency of the client services department.

Requirements

• 1+ years of prior client-facing experience.
• 4-year college degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Outstanding verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Ability to analyze complex situations and implement solutions independently.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple concurrent tasks.

Nice to have

• Proficiency or fluency in Spanish.
• Experience within a diagnostic laboratory setting.
• Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce or Zendesk.
