TL;DR

Service Engineer: Performing onsite system commissioning, installation, and technical support for network solutions with an accent on WAN, LAN, Routing, and Telephony systems. Focus on executing field interventions, handling complex incident resolution per SLAs, and ensuring system stability across diverse client sites in Morocco.

Location: Must be based in or near Casablanca, Morocco. The role requires extensive domestic travel nationwide for site commissioning.

What you will do

  • Lead network installation, rollout, and customer application migration during initial project phases.
  • Perform critical onsite system commissioning and site acceptance testing.
  • Manage incident handling and rapid response for technical issues according to SLAs.
  • Design, configure, and maintain networking solutions including WAN, LAN, Routing, and CCTV.
  • Provide technical support to Sales Managers and assist in project engineering tasks.
  • Maintain internal and external technical reports and documentation in French.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or extensive equivalent experience in a relevant technical field.
  • 2+ years of professional experience in network technical support or service roles.
  • Must reside in or near Casablanca for rapid onsite intervention capability.
  • Fluency in both French and English is mandatory.
  • Availability for extensive domestic travel across Morocco, including to remote sites.
  • Strong expertise in TDM, Packet Switching, TCP/IP, Routing, MPLS, and Wireless technologies.

Nice to have

  • Proficiency in Arabic.
  • Knowledge of Cybersecurity, SQL Server, or scripting.
  • Relevant certifications such as CCNA or CCNP.
