What you will do

• Oversee a multi-disciplinary team of 50+ people including R&D and regulatory professionals.
• Manage departmental delivery, throughput, quality, and operational KPIs.
• Coach and develop local team members while driving engagement and high performance.
• Collaborate with global stakeholders in Copenhagen to align priorities and resources.
• Lead local department matters, HR processes, and company-wide initiatives in the Kyiv office.
• Drive continuous improvement and change management within a matrix organizational structure.

Requirements

• Full-time presence in Kyiv required.
• Fluent English proficiency.
• Proven experience in people leadership and managing multi-disciplinary teams.
• Solid background in matrix organizations, preferably within the IT or tech industry.
• Structured execution skills with experience in planning, reporting, and operational metrics.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills in cross-border environments.

Nice to have

• Experience in medical or clinical domains, particularly dentistry.
• Degree in Computer Science, Project Management, or equivalent practical experience.
