What you will do

• Manage and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across Google, Apple Search Ads, Meta, and TikTok.
• Conduct A/B tests on creatives and bidding strategies to improve performance.
• Collaborate with product and creative teams to align campaign goals with mobile growth strategy.
• Analyze campaign performance and provide insights to drive decision-making.
• Support ASO initiatives, including store listing experiments and keyword optimization.
• Monitor tracking and attribution accuracy using tools like AppsFlyer.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in mobile user acquisition or performance marketing.
• Hands-on experience with mobile ad platforms and performance tracking tools.
• Strong analytical skills with experience managing budgets and ROAS/CPA targets.
• Understanding of ASO methodologies and mobile attribution frameworks.
• Proficiency in translating data into actionable campaign strategies.
