What you will do

• Write technical documentation and facilitate communication across multiple teams.

• Collaborate daily with a cross-disciplinary team to align on technical and creative goals.

Requirements

• Production experience in designing and building backend game services.
• Proficiency in writing, debugging, and maintaining code in Rust.
• Strong communication skills to explain technical topics to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to diagnose complex system failures using logging and metrics.
• Ability to work within the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience with games as a service online development.
• Experience leading, mentoring, or managing engineers.
• Ability to write and maintain code in C++.
• Knowledge of Docker, Git, and Linux.
