What you will do

• Rotate through key units including Transformation, Data Insights, Commercial, and Customer Experience.
• Champion AI adoption and facilitate demos and training sessions for non-experts.
• Identify operational challenges and propose AI-enabled solutions to improve business efficiency.
• Work with product and bid teams to understand commercial value creation.
• Contribute to project design and delivery within large-scale transformation programmes.
• Complete a Data & AI Level 3 accredited learning pathway.

Requirements

• Full UK Right to Work required for the duration of the scheme; no sponsorship offered.
• Ordinarily resident in the UK or EEA for at least 3 years preceding the start date to qualify for the apprenticeship.
• On track for or achieved a 2.2 degree in any subject.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to tell stories using data and visuals.
• Adaptability and a proactive mindset for prototyping and testing new tools.
• Ethical awareness regarding the responsible use of AI and data.
