What you will do

• Collaborate with customers to translate technical requirements into detailed solution designs.
• Lead the technical direction of projects and ensure alignment with best practices.
• Manage end-to-end solution design engagements, including SOW creation and third-party coordination.
• Build relationships with senior stakeholders to provide expert service design guidance.
• Resolve complex service challenges and conduct root cause analysis.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and manage project risks.

Requirements

• Must hold or be able to achieve SC-level Security Clearance.
• Professional or expert-level industry accreditation such as Cisco CCNP or CCIE.
• Strong experience in enterprise or service provider networking (WAN, LAN, Wi-Fi).
• Proficiency in routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP), MPLS, and LAN technologies.
• Experience in pre-sales activities and creating high-quality technical proposals.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to lead virtual teams in a global environment.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of SD-WAN technologies, specifically Fortinet.
• Experience with load balancing, security infrastructure, and WAN optimization.
• Ability to interpret outputs from network management and diagnostic tools.
