What you will do

• Develop, maintain, and support Workday integrations using EIB, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect, and Workday Studio.
• Manage system security domains, roles, and business process policies to ensure platform integrity.
• Configure AI-driven features and UI enhancements to drive user experience and process efficiency.
• Coordinate with HR, Finance, and IT stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Prepare for and participate in bi-yearly Workday release cycles to ensure platform optimization.
• Provide third-level support and manage the full development lifecycle for system enhancements.

Requirements

• Based in Manila, Philippines and able to work in a hybrid model (2 days in office).
• Availability to align working hours with the EMEA time zone.
• Hands-on experience with Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and SOAP/REST web services.
• Strong proficiency in XML, XSLT, JSON, and REST/SOAP API development.
• Experience with Workday security domains, role configurations, and audit compliance tasks.
• Excellent communication skills in English for collaboration between IT and business teams.

Nice to have

• Workday Pro certification.
• Familiarity with Workday HCM, Financials, or related modules.
• Understanding of Agile (Kanban) methodologies.
