What you will do
- Serve as the senior client lead, building trusted relationships with Brand Directors and senior marketing stakeholders.
- Lead and mentor a multi-disciplinary studio team across social, creative, strategy, and production.
- Manage the studio's P&L, ensuring commercial health, accurate forecasting, and sustainable resource allocation.
- Proactively identify and convert opportunities to expand the studio's scope and service offerings.
- Oversee the integration of AI tools into workflows to enhance efficiency, creativity, and strategic output.
- Act as the primary escalation point, resolving complex stakeholder challenges with a solutions-focused approach.
Requirements
- 10+ years of agency experience in client services or account leadership roles.
- Advanced Professional proficiency in English.
- Proven track record of leading large, multi-disciplinary teams of 15+ members.
- Experience managing P&L, forecasting, and commercial growth for major consumer brands.
- Strong background in FMCG or beauty/personal care sectors.
- Demonstrated ability to drive strategic initiatives and foster long-term client partnerships at the VP/Director level.
Nice to have
- Experience working on Dove or Unilever brands.
- Background in creative, strategy, or content production prior to leadership roles.
- Familiarity with social analytics, data-led decision-making, and studio transformation programs.
