What you will do

• Define and maintain comprehensive test strategies, quality frameworks, and test architecture.
• Orchestrate AI-driven quality processes including the design and configuration of AI test agents.
• Implement a risk-based approach to ensure coverage of critical business flows, integrations, and system architecture.
• Validate system behavior across UI, API, and end-to-end levels, ensuring regulatory and functional compliance.
• Act as a human-in-the-loop to identify and mitigate AI biases, hallucinations, and inconsistencies.
• Monitor production metrics and logs to provide actionable feedback into the development cycle.

Requirements

• Fluent Danish proficiency is required.
• Strong technical background with professional experience in software development or technical QA.
• Proven ability to design test architecture and strategy for complex, integrated systems.
• Hands-on experience with modern test automation, CI/CD pipelines, and AI-assisted workflows.
• Deep analytical capability to translate complex business rules into structured coverage.
• Ability to bridge the gap between architecture, development, and business domain teams.
