What you will do
- Manage and grow social media channels including Instagram, X, TikTok, and Facebook.
- Engage with the community by replying to comments, messages, and mentions in real-time.
- Moderate platform conversations to ensure a positive and brand-aligned environment.
- Support promotional campaigns, tournaments, and sports event activations.
- Collaborate with streamers, influencers, and affiliates to amplify campaign content.
- Monitor engagement metrics and provide actionable insights to the marketing team.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in community management or social media.
- Full professional proficiency in Spanish and intermediate English (B2).
- Must be able to work onsite in Lima, Perú.
- Degree in Communication, Marketing, or a related field.
- Expert knowledge of major social media platforms and their algorithms.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a creative mindset.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of sports and the gambling industry.
- Proficiency with Google Suite, Slack, Airtable, and Intercom.
