TL;DR

Android Engineer: Developing and optimizing high-traffic travel companion mobile applications with an accent on clean code, SOLID principles, and high-quality user experiences. Location: Barcelona (Hybrid, minimum 60% office attendance)

Compensation: €50,000 – €60,000

What you will do

• Design and implement new software features for the Android mobile application.
• Collaborate with product teams to drive and deliver product roadmaps.
• Contribute to the full product lifecycle from design to delivery.
• Utilize Agile practices, including SCRUM, pair programming, and continuous integration.
• Maintain code quality and advocate for clean architecture and SOLID principles.

Requirements

• Experience with Kotlin development in a professional environment.
• Solid understanding of design patterns, SOLID principles, and clean code.
• Familiarity with modern Android development tools and libraries like Dagger and Jetpack Compose.
• Practical experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines.
• Commitment to a hybrid working model based in Barcelona.
