What you will do

• Design and deliver high-impact Power BI dashboards, reports, and semantic models, ensuring scalability, performance, and best practices across Pro, Premium, and Fabric environments
• Translate complex business requirements into clean, reusable data models, leveraging advanced DAX and optimized data structures like star and snowflake schemas
• Collaborate closely with data engineers to build analytics-ready pipelines while ensuring data accuracy and consistency across the organization
• Establish governance, security (including RLS), and monitoring processes to maintain reliability and proactively resolve issues
• Partner with stakeholders to drive actionable insights, mentor team members, and promote excellence in data storytelling and self-service BI

Requirements

• You have 4+ years of experience in BI, Analytics Engineering, or Data Engineering
• You have deep expertise in Power BI (DAX, Power Query, datasets, security, architecture)
• You’re confident with SQL and modern data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Azure SQL, Synapse)
• You understand data modeling and data warehousing concepts inside out
• You’ve worked with cloud environments (Azure is a plus)
• You can take vague business questions and turn them into scalable data solutions

Nice to have

• Experience with Power BI Premium or Microsoft Fabric
• Familiarity with CI/CD for BI (deployment pipelines, Git integration)
• Knowledge of Python or Spark
