TL;DR
Anaplan Sr. Associate (ERP): Performing advisory and implementation services to address business needs throughout client organizations for the Transformation Practice with an accent on planning, design, & build phases. Focus on documenting business requirements, system design and transformational goals.
Location: Consistent with the firm's hybrid work model, this position will require in-person attendance at least two days per week, either at a GT office or client site.

What you will do
- Assist in full life cycle implementations including planning, design, & build phases.
- Document business requirements, system design and transformational goals.
- Configure applications and conduct iterative unit testing.
- Help to create training materials and quick reference guides to support user adoption.
- Conduct training classes to prepare end users for deployment and provide post-production support.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, HR, Information Technology, MIS, or related field required, Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 3 years of related work experience in a similar consulting practice or function servicing cross-industry clients at a national level.
- Minimum of 2 full life cycle implementations of Anaplan.
- Industry recognized professional certification required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Consistent with the firm’s hybrid work model, this position will require in-person attendance at least two days per week, either at a GT office or client site.
- Can travel as needed. Expected travel is up to 40%.
