What you will do

• Work across the full stack of data analysis, machine learning, and deep learning pipelines.
• Develop advanced Generative AI solutions, including intelligent assistants and RAG systems.
• Drive innovation in language generation, text synthesis, and cutting-edge AI techniques.
• Design project scopes, roadmaps, and effort estimations for analytical and deployment tasks.
• Build and operationalize ML models, including data manipulation, experiment design, and insight generation.
• Lead AI workshops, client discoveries, and initial engagements to translate business challenges into AI applications.

Requirements

• Experienced in Generative AI and NLP techniques, with expertise in large-scale transformer models and generative pre-trained LLMs (GPT-4, Claude, Gemini, etc.).
• Proficient in the AI project lifecycle, from development to operationalization and cloud deployment.
• Skilled in Python and deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Fluent in business communication in English at an upper-intermediate level.
• Possessing strong interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
