What you will do

• Serve as a strategic partner to senior engineering and product leaders to align HR initiatives with business goals.
• Facilitate organizational changes and support workforce planning to build high-performing, scalable teams.
• Coach managers on leadership skills, team development, and conflict resolution.
• Lead succession planning and retention strategies for critical technical and leadership roles.
• Drive performance management processes and provide guidance on compensation and career development.
• Monitor team engagement and proactively address risks related to culture and turnover.

Requirements

• At least 3-4 years of experience as an HR Business Partner, People Partner, or HR Generalist.
• Proven experience supporting technical, engineering, or product teams.
• English level: B2 or higher is required.
• Deep understanding of product development cycles and cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong ability to influence stakeholders and manage complex team dynamics.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Russian.
• Experience in large international product or IT companies.
