What you will do
- Troubleshoot and resolve first-level support issues for the Front Office promptly.
- Assist with technical tools and banking applications to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Address and resolve access rights, base data challenges, and process-related queries.
- Support daily banking operations and act as a key point of contact for Relationship Managers.
- Ensure high-quality, professional interaction and operational excellence for stakeholders.
Requirements
- Must be able to work onsite full-time in Zurich.
- German proficiency (C2) and English proficiency (C1) are required.
- Experience in IT or support roles, preferably within wealth management or financial services.
- Solid understanding of front-office processes and technical tools in a banking context.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a service-oriented mindset.
