Location: Must be based in or able to work from Nootdorp, Netherlands (Hybrid policy applies).

Salary: €5,880 – €6,945 per month.

What you will do

• Articulate the product and technology vision for marine geotechnical sensors throughout the full product lifecycle.
• Define product requirements and manage backlogs in collaboration with design, innovation, and operations teams.
• Validate assumptions through user stories and steering development priorities.
• Translate client needs and market trends into robust business cases.
• Monitor fabrication and innovation budgets while reporting on project progress.
• Drive continuous product improvement using agile practices and direct client feedback.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in product management for integrated systems or technology/asset management.
• Passion for mechatronics and small sensor technologies.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills for managing technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with geotechnical investigation standards ISO22476-1 and ISO19901-8 is a significant advantage.
