What you will do

• Become an expert in the hirify.global platform and IT infrastructure management.
• Consult partners on product implementation and internal process improvements.
• Investigate custom product requests and provide technical workarounds or alternative solutions.
• Support the sales team by answering advanced technical questions from prospects.
• Provide actionable product feedback to the internal Product Management team.
• Conduct external training sessions for partners on new features and best practices.

Requirements

• Experience in technical sales of IT products.
• Professional proficiency in English.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Must be located in the United Kingdom.
• Not eligible for Visa sponsorship.
• Curiosity, adaptability, and a solution-oriented mindset.

Nice to have

• Previous experience working for an MSP or internal IT helpdesk.
• Practical knowledge of RMM and/or backup software.
• Experience with APIs and scripting.
• Fluency in additional languages.
