An established, fast-growing Electronic Money Institution (EMI) headquartered in Vilnius with German roots, serving international clients since 2020.

What you will do

• Lead day-to-day company operations and establish effective operating rhythms including OKRs and KPIs.
• Act as the primary point of contact for the Bank of Lithuania, auditors, and key financial partners.
• Enhance AML/CTF, sanctions, and KYC/KYB frameworks through advanced automation.
• Strengthen treasury oversight, liquidity coordination, and incident management for payments and FX.
• Guide product governance for accounts, IBANs, and cards while managing critical vendor relationships.
• Mentor and scale a high-performing team to increase pace and accountability.

Requirements

• Residency in Lithuania (must-have).
• Extensive experience in banking, payments, or EMI sectors with GM or Board-level responsibility.
• Proven track record of success with the Bank of Lithuania regarding licensing and inspections.
• Deep understanding of transaction banking, international payments, and FX operations.
• Strong professional proficiency in both Lithuanian and English.
• Hands-on experience leading compliance/AML teams and delivering technical process automation.
