What you will do

• Craft feature definitions that balance design quality, customer needs, and technical feasibility.
• Manage the team backlog and prioritize tasks to maximize product value.
• Collaborate with design and engineering teams to ensure strong execution of the product roadmap.
• Gather and synthesize customer insights and market trends to shape future product concepts.
• Define and track key success metrics to measure the impact of product releases.
• Partner with Go-to-Market teams to ensure seamless and successful product launches.

Requirements

• Proven track record in product management for SaaS products at scale.
• Experience creating products with a strong focus on design and UX.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with design and technical teams.
• Strong proficiency in product strategy development, roadmapping, and discovery processes.
• English: C1 or higher required.
• Russian: C1 or higher required.

Nice to have

• Background in creating site builders or related tools.
• Experience in the retail or e-commerce industry.
• Previous professional experience as a product designer.
