What you will do

• Design and build responsive, performant, and visually compelling pages using Webflow.
• Create scalable CMS architectures, templates, and reusable component systems.
• Implement complex animations and interactions using native Webflow capabilities and custom code.
• Develop and maintain localization-ready architectures for global digital platforms.
• Use AI-driven tools to accelerate design, content generation, and personalization workflows.
• Ensure adherence to WCAG accessibility standards and enterprise-grade performance metrics.

Requirements

• Must be based in Belgrade, Serbia
• 5+ years of experience in web design, digital design, or UX/UI.
• 2+ years of hands-on professional Webflow experience.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for custom web enhancements.
• Strong command of layout, typography, grid systems, and responsive design principles.
• Understanding of SEO, accessibility standards, and performance optimization for enterprise sites.

Nice to have

• Experience with localization workflows and international SEO.
• Familiarity with Webflow apps, API-driven automations, and third-party integrations.
• Understanding of enterprise design systems and component governance.
• Practical experience using AI tools for content and design automation.
