What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of engineers to maintain high performance and collaboration.
• Partner with Product teams to define roadmaps and ensure engineering efforts align with business needs.
• Drive technical strategies to improve product quality, scalability, and system reliability.
• Manage project timelines, priorities, and resources while setting and tracking OKRs and KPIs.
• Champion the adoption of AI-assisted development tools across the engineering team.
• Drive continuous improvement in development processes and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience leading and managing engineering teams.
• Proficiency in PHP or JS/TS and related modern frameworks.
• Experience with relational databases like MariaDB or PostgreSQL.
• Strong understanding of scalable application design principles.
• Experience working in agile environments with defined OKRs and KPIs.
• English proficiency required for international team collaboration.

Nice to have

• Experience with search engines like ElasticSearch.
• Familiarity with event-driven architectures (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
• Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
