What you will do
- Lead and plan comprehensive testing activities for client implementation and upgrade projects.
- Coordinate test cycles and manage stakeholder expectations to ensure successful delivery.
- Design test coverage for complex business workflows and perform in-depth analysis.
- Drive cross-unit collaboration to resolve impediments and reduce delivery dependencies.
- Own the deviation management process from identification to closure.
- Mentor team members and promote continuous learning through Communities of Practice.
Requirements
- English: Upper-intermediate (B2) or above required.
- 5+ years of experience in testing, business analysis, or consulting within financial systems.
- Extensive experience with Agile frameworks at a project team level.
- Proficient SQL and data analysis skills.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
- ISTQB or relevant professional qualification.

- Experience working with Dimension.
- Practical knowledge and strategic approach to AI applications in testing.
