🚀 Hiring: Lead DevOps Engineer/ Devops Manager
📍 Location: Pune (Hybrid)

We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer with deep expertise in cloud platforms, IaC, CI/CD, and Kubernetes, along with exposure to AI-driven DevOps practices.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
Cloud & Infrastructure
Architect and manage AWS / Azure / GCP environments
Design scalable, secure, and highly available systems
Implement Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, ARM, Pulumi)
CI/CD & Automation
Build and optimize pipelines using GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, ArgoCD
Automate deployments and workflows using Ansible, Chef, Puppet, scripting
Containerization & Orchestration
Work with Docker & Kubernetes (EKS / AKS / GKE)
Implement Helm, Operators, and GitOps practices
Monitoring & Security
Implement observability using Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog, Splunk
Ensure security, IAM governance, and compliance
AI & DevOps
Leverage AI tools (AIOps, Copilot, AI-driven DevOps platforms)
Drive automation, predictive insights, and optimization
Leadership
Mentor DevOps teams and drive best practices
Collaborate with engineering, security, and product teams
Lead incident management and root cause analysis
🔹 Required Skills
12+ years in DevOps / Cloud / SRE
Strong experience with AWS / Azure / GCP
Expertise in IaC, CI/CD, scripting (Python/Bash/Go)
Strong knowledge of Kubernetes and distributed systems
Understanding of networking and security principles
⭐ Good to Have
Certifications: AWS / Azure DevOps / CKA / CKAD
Experience with GitOps (ArgoCD / Flux)
Exposure to microservices, serverless, event-driven architecture
