What you will do

• Own the full cycle of traffic acquisition, from launch and analysis to optimisation and growth.
• Test new features, creatives and betas of ad networks.
• Work closely with data engineers, analysts and developers to lead the way on statistical analysis of A/B testing.
• Plan and meet spend & profitability goals for the growing 4x Strategy Game.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in User Acquisition, including planning, launching, and scaling campaigns.
• Experience with ad platforms like TikTok, Moloco, Meta, Google Ads or DSPs.
• Independent and proactive with strong ownership and communication skills.
• Comfortable with testing, forecasting ROI, and optimizing performance.
• English: B1, with a desire to reach C1 quickly.
