What you will do
- Own the end-to-end offer process, preparing and sending offers accurately and in a timely manner.
- Manage complex interview scheduling across global time zones, coordinating between candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Post and maintain open roles across multiple job boards and locations, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Maintain the integrity of the ATS (Greenhouse), keeping candidate data accurate and up to date.
- Support the team with regular talent reports and contribute to maintaining dashboards.
- Assist with backend Greenhouse administration including settings, configurations, and general system upkeep.
Requirements
- Proven experience in an operations, coordination, or administrative role; talent or HR operations experience is a bonus.
- Highly organised with a natural instinct for managing multiple priorities at pace.
- Excellent written communication skills that are clear, concise, and professional.
- Tech-savvy and quick to learn new tools and proficient across G Suite, Slack, and Zoom.
- Comfortable working with data and spreadsheets, with the ability to pull together clear reports using tools like Google Sheets.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
Nice to have
- Previous experience in a talent acquisition or HR operations environment.
- Familiarity with Greenhouse or a comparable modern ATS.
- Experience building reporting or analytics across multiple platforms or tools such as ATS reporting, Sigma, Google sheets or similar.
