CG Supervisor (VFX) (Houdini/Maya/Nuke/Arnold): Directing CG production across departments and sites, maintaining technical standards, and delivering assets and shots aligned with the client’s creative vision with an accent on pipeline workflows, production scheduling, and quality control. Focus on supervising multidisciplinary teams, solving complex technical and creative challenges, and improving VFX tools and processes.

What you will do
- Define and implement technical and creative solutions with VFX Supervisors and production leadership.
- Supervise the creation of CG assets, shots, and sequences across multiple departments and sites.
- Develop production schedules, manage resources, identify risks, and resolve workflow bottlenecks.
- Monitor shot continuity, grain continuity, technical standards, and final deliverable quality.
- Collaborate with department leads and pipeline developers to improve tools, workflows, and methodologies.
- Mentor artists, conduct performance evaluations, and support technical and artistic development.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a CG Supervisor or in a similar VFX industry role.
- Demonstrable expertise with Houdini, Maya, Nuke, and Arnold or comparable industry-standard software.
- Comprehensive experience across 3D disciplines including modeling, rigging, texturing, look development, layout, environments, creature effects, lighting, and general FX.
- Deep knowledge of VFX production pipelines, asset management, rendering resources, camera workflows, and set data processes.
- Experience managing teams, leading projects, and delivering high-quality CG work on schedule and budget.
- Strong leadership, communication, organizational, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
