hirify.global is a game development studio developing OneState — a large-scale mobile life simulator with a global audience and an active roleplay community.

What you will do

  • Own the full-cycle hiring process for creative roles: motion design, video production, art, creative and related areas.
  • Actively source and attract candidates via LinkedIn, relevant platforms, and direct search.
  • Manage inbound applications, conduct initial screening, and coordinate interviews.
  • Maintain clear and professional communication with candidates throughout the process.
  • Maintain and update the company’s LinkedIn presence and career-related content.
  • Coordinate and administer the ATS: statuses, data accuracy, process integrity.

Requirements

  • Experience in recruitment, talent coordination, or similar roles.
  • Interest in GameDev and understanding of creative roles.
  • Strong visual awareness and exposure to games, art, and creative content.
  • Experience working with LinkedIn, job platforms, and/or ATS.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Fluent Russian and working English.
