• Drive engineering excellence in processes and systems.

Requirements

• BS/BTech in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of production-level experience as an engineer and technical lead.
• 5+ years of managerial experience building and leading technical engineering teams.
• Experience with server-side web technology (e.g., Nodejs, Java, Python preferred).
• Experience with frontend web technology (e.g., Vue preferred, React, Angular).
• Experience with cloud-based technologies such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

Nice to have

• Understanding of healthcare delivery models and regulations (e.g., HIPAA).
