Что делать

• Conduct discovery analysis to identify growth opportunities with the UX researcher, designer, and product analyst.
• Generate, prioritize, and test product hypotheses through quantitative and qualitative research, as well as rapid experiments.
• Design and implement solutions that have proven effective, taking responsibility for the growth of key metrics.
• Participate in shaping the product strategy for your area and be responsible for implementing major initiatives within it.

Требования

• Experience as a Product Manager for 3+ years, including at least 2 years in B2C products with a large audience.
• Portfolio with real cases of product metrics growth through independently proposed initiatives.
• Proficient in product analytics tools, with extensive experience in conducting A/B tests.
• Understanding of web or mobile application architecture, with the ability to communicate with developers effectively.
• Ability to lead a cross-functional team (designer, analyst, development), prioritize, and motivate to achieve results.
