What you will do

• Act as a strategic partner to the Head of Paid Social, developing the department and service offerings.
• Execute and optimize your own client portfolio, from strategy to daily platform management.
• Ensure hirify.global remains at the forefront of methodology, tools, and platform developments.
• Develop and implement best practices, frameworks, and standards for campaign setup and reporting.
• Connect data and technical insights with creative execution to maximize the impact of every budget spent.
• Mentor seniors and specialists, contributing to a culture of continuous learning.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with paid social media, preferably from an agency background.
• Solid experience with tools like Facebook Ads Manager and Smartly.io.
• Commercial acumen and understanding of how Paid Social integrates into a broader marketing mix.
• Ability to provide qualified, creative recommendations to clients and content producers.
• Structured, proactive, and thrives on managing multiple parallel projects.
• Confident communicator who can explain complex strategies to both C-level management and specialists.
