What you will do

• Collaborate with Production and other Creative teams to achieve project goals.
• Ensure deliveries are completed to the highest standards and consistency, both technically and creatively.
• Assist in planning and coordination of Compositing Deliveries.
• Manage a team of Compositors across global studios.
• Monitor the team's progress and help diagnose and solve problems.
• Provide input to Head of 2D on Compositor performance, compositing pipeline, and workflows.

Requirements

• 7+ years of live-action feature film or episodic compositing experience.
• Expert Nuke skills and knowledge of compositing workflows.
• Expert understanding of 3D computer graphics, including modeling, lighting, and animation.
• Outstanding leadership, organizational, and time management skills.
• Ability and desire to engage in positive collaboration and communicate effectively.
• Advanced knowledge and experience using Shotgrid/Flow or other VFX Production tracking software.

Nice to have

• Traditional art, photography, and film background.
• Python, Blinkscript, or C++ experience.
• Nuke particle experience.
• OCIO/ACES Color Config and management experience.
• 360 VR or Array Compositing experience.
