The company is a high-performing proprietary trading firm specialising in digital assets. They deploy quantitative and algorithmic strategies supported by rigorous data-driven research and disciplined risk management.

They are hiring an elite senior trader / researcher who has demonstrated the ability to generate, defend, and sustain PnL in real trading environments. The role sits close to capital with direct influence on positioning, sizing, and risk. Proof of impact matters more than brand.

📋 Responsibilities include:
- Generate and evaluate tradeable ideas across crypto and cross-asset markets
- Translate research into actionable positioning
- Work closely with execution and risk
- Continuously evaluate performance and refine strategy
- Contribute to rigorous thinking, accountability, and capital discipline

🔑 Requirements:
- Proven PnL impact (non-negotiable): history of generating PnL or research that influenced trading with explanation of strategy, edge, risk framework and sustainability
- Strong buy-side trading background highly preferred (e.g. Jane Street, SIG, Jump Crypto, GSR, Wintermute etc.)
- Strategy depth & risk thinking: trade structures, concrete risk, invalidations, liquidity, microstructure, probabilistic thinking
- Long-term orientation: commitment to trading as a craft
