What you will do

• Lead the transition to a new Customer Data Platform and modernize engineering practices.
• Design and develop scalable data pipelines, models, and platform components on Azure and Databricks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data platform approaches and share best practices.
• Define and implement a unified engineering way of working across various business unit platforms.
• Strengthen engineering culture through coaching, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure platform security, performance, cost-efficiency, and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience as a data engineer in complex environments.
• Proven leadership or coaching experience within engineering teams.
• Deep hands-on experience with Azure, Databricks, Python, SQL, and PySpark.
• Strong expertise in data platform architectures, ETL/ELT, and data modeling techniques.
• Experience working in Agile teams with a focus on collaboration.
• Strong commitment to standardization, DevOps practices, and platform consistency.

Nice to have

• Experience with Collibra and Soda Data Quality frameworks.
