What you will do

• Coordinate and execute end-to-end live streaming productions, from pre-production to live broadcast.
• Maintain and implement broadcast pipeline diagrams, technical workflows, and quality control measures.
• Operate and troubleshoot broadcasting software (specifically vMix) and hardware like switchers, routers, and encoders.
• Manage technical equipment inventory and provide recommendations for hardware/software upgrades.
• Resolve technical issues in real-time during live broadcasts to ensure minimal disruption.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and lead external contractors on production tasks.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in live broadcast production.
• Proficiency in streaming software, especially vMix.
• Strong knowledge of broadcasting hardware including switchers, routers, and encoders.
• Ability to create and integrate graphics and overlays for live stream setups.
• English working proficiency is required.
• Availability to work on weekends based on event schedules.

Nice to have

• Experience in esports or gaming content production.
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop).
• Passion for PC games and familiarity with World of Tanks.
• Experience with motion graphics and audio mixing.
