What you will do

• Collaborate with the Product Owner to create and refine User Stories and Acceptance Criteria.
• Participate in 3-month rough planning and defining iteration (sprint) goals.
• Engage in research and prototyping, working closely with product architects to refine technical solutions.
• Apply best design and coding practices to create high-quality components.
• Write automated tests to ensure code quality and participate in code reviews.
• Continuously improve team processes and promote knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• Development Knowledge: .Net, C#, JS, TS, SQL.
• Strong understanding of OOP, SOLID principles, and design patterns.
• Performance optimization and analytics skills.
• Software development process knowledge (Estimation, Development Flow).
• AI-Assisted Development and LLM Fundamentals.
• Must be eligible to work in Poland
