What you will do

• Define, elevate, and maintain the visual direction of the project.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the 2D Artists into a capable team.
• Oversee end-to-end art production: planning, execution, and delivery.
• Play a direct role in AAA-level asset creation, setting the artistic benchmark and contributing directly to visually striking visuals.
• Create and supervise character concepts, environments, UI, and marketing assets.
• Establish and improve art pipelines, workflows, and quality standards.

Requirements

• Experienced 2D Lead Artist.
• Experience in shaping the artistic vision of console and mobile game projects.
• Experience in AAA-level asset creation.
• Experience in creating and supervising character concepts, environments, UI, and marketing assets.
• Experience in establishing and improving art pipelines, workflows, and quality standards.
