Senior Principal, Total Rewards Delivery (Fintech): Leading major engagements and implementing client solutions utilizing hirify.global’s Total Rewards solutions, specifically KF Pay with an accent on compensation, benefits, and rewards programs. Focus on providing strategic guidance on compensation and rewards practices while ensuring the effective implementation and optimization of the KF Pay solution.

Location: Hybrid in Sao Paulo, Brazil

What you will do

  • Provide hands-on and strategic expertise in total rewards and compensation / remuneration.
  • Manage relationships with internal clients and act as a business partner to them.
  • Deliver high quality analytics, design and advisory work that meets expectations for timeliness, accuracy and completeness.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior client stakeholders, acting as a strategic advisor.
  • Deliver business and organizational insights, helping clients integrate KF Pay into their overall talent strategy.
  • Lead teams and/or client engagements across a range of Total Rewards projects.

Requirements

  • +7 years of experience working in Compensation & Benefits fields.
  • Knowledge of compensation elements, short and long-term incentives, benefits, salary structures, and compensation policies is required.
  • Proven success in managing international, multi-cultural, and virtual cross-functional projects in the total rewards and compensation niche.
  • Experience working with clients in both compensation and emerging tech environments.
  • 5+ years of experience in a consultative role; business development and / or account management experience preferred.
  • Ability to communicate in Portuguese and English is required (Spanish is desirable).

Nice to have

  • Having well-established experience in leading teams, with the ability to develop people, monitor performance, and foster a collaborative environment.
  • Experience working with contacts / accounts in Brazil; experience working with firms across LATAM.
  • Experience in the Retail industry.
  • Advanced degree in business or in a similar field is a plus.
