What you will do

• Design and develop lesson structures, guided conversations, exercises, and interactive activities for Spanish learners.
• Structure learning flows, conversation modules, and role-play scenarios to optimize learner engagement and progression.
• Test learning flows and content effectiveness, analyze learner behavior, and iterate on prompts.
• Develop Spanish content for new app features, ensuring smooth integration into the overall UX.
• Apply language teaching methodologies such as Communicative Language Teaching (CLT) and Task-Based Learning (TBL).
• Utilize educational technology and digital content creation AI tools.

Requirements

• Passion for teaching Spanish and helping learners gain communicative confidence.
• Solid knowledge of teaching Spanish as a foreign or second language.
• 0–2 years of experience in language education, curriculum design, or content creation.
• Familiarity with contemporary language teaching methodologies.
• Comfort with digital learning tools or strong interest in AI-powered education platforms.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Full professional proficiency in English.

Nice to have

• Experience working on an EdTech product, language learning app, or e-learning platform.
• Academic background in Linguistics, Spanish Language Teaching, Education, or related fields.
• Experience designing conversation-based or role-play-driven learning content.
